Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, market penetration, and growth. Ensure alignment with the overall company objectives and regional market dynamics.
- Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Representatives to meet sales goals and drive high performance.
- Market Expansion:
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers. Expand the company’s footprint in untapped markets and ensure strong relationships with existing clients.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, analyze sales data, and generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Budget Management:
Oversee regional sales budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Brand Promotion & Marketing Support:
Drive in-store promotions, activations, and events to increase product awareness.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners. Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle escalations or complaints effectively.
- Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and business transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduation or Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, within the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of regional market trends, customer needs, and competitors in the food and beverage sector.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willingness to travel as required.
