
Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on the Middle East region. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and effectively communicating the value of our products/services using Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a key tool.
**Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify potential customers within the Middle East region through various channels, including online research and lead generation tools.
- Qualify leads through effective communication and needs assessment to determine their suitability as potential customers.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage and track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for engaging with leads and progressing them through the sales funnel.
- Conduct product/service presentations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits that align with their needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and stay updated on industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns, and provide feedback on lead quality and customer insights.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and processes, incorporating feedback and best practices.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, lead progression, and outcomes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 reporting capabilities.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role, preferably within the technology industry and Middle East market.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other CRM systems.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages relevant to the Middle East region are a plus.
- Understanding of Middle East business culture and market dynamics is advantageous.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shaikpet, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
