**Skills**:Excellent communication in English, Telugu and Hindi, **Telesales experience in B2B domain, Selling Technical products**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Engagement & Qualification**:Identify and connect with potential customers from sources such as online marketplaces, digital marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and inbound enquiries. Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and decision-making process.
**2. Demo Scheduling**:Coordinate and schedule virtual or on-site product demos based on customer preferences and availability. Work closely with the dedicated demo team to confirm schedules and provide customer details in advance.
**3. CRM Management**:Accurately log all customer interactions, lead details, and demo schedules in the CRM system
**4. Collaboration with Sales & Demo Teams**: Align qualified leads with the relevant Sales Representative for post-demo follow-up and deal closure.
**5. Performance Tracking & Reporting**: Meet or exceed KPIs related to lead qualification, demo scheduling, and handoffs. Generate regular reports on lead conversion rates, demo participation, and customer feedback for review by the Sales Manager.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
