We are looking for an IVF Counsellor who will provide high quality service to patients and customers. He/she will proactively address queries of patients and help drive conversions.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Call leads of potential patients as per defined targets for each day
- Counsel patients and resolve their queries
- Keep track of patient pipeline and share status on conversion
- Manage the department operationally
- coordination with doctors and patients
- Manage donor agencies and other partners
- Back fill for billing when needed/be open to handle other roles
- Qualification and experience as per ART law
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in managing, counselling, and conversion of patients in a fertility clinic
- Should be open to working in a target-based setting

**Functional Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Coordination for treatment plan
- Maintain record of IVF cycles
- Excellent Communication (English and Hindi)
- Sales/Conversion mindset
- Detail and Process oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹11,613.21 - ₹30,404.54 per month
