Job Responsibilities:

The International Patient Medical Counsellor will be responsible for the following tasks:

  1. Connect with international patient leads.
  2. Understand the patient's medical condition.
  3. Provide the best possible treatment plan from hospitals to meet the patient's requirements.
  4. Assess the patient's financial situation and develop a treatment plan that fits within their budget.
  5. Convince patients to undergo treatment through Fitsib.
  6. Coordinate with our hospital operation team to obtain Visa Invitation letters for patients.
  7. Assist in filling out visa applications for the patient and their attendant.
  8. Find hotels within the patient's budget.
  9. Pre-intimate the hospital and hotel regarding patient arrival based on flight tickets.
  10. Arrange transportation for patient pickup from the airport.
  11. Ensure the patient is admitted to the hospital and that treatment proceeds within the planned budget.

Education Qualification:

  1. Prior experience in Medical Tourism is mandatory.
  2. BDS, BAMS, BHMS, or MBA in Healthcare preferred but not mandatory.
  3. Prior experience in
    Hospital floor Management

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience:
    Demonstrable experience in the field of medical tourism with a track record of successful business development.
  • Network Building:
    A natural ability to network and establish strong business relationships with industry partners.
  • Target-Driven:
    Comfortable with a performance-based culture and capable of meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
  • Communication Skills:
    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization and with international partners.
  • Strategic Thinking:
    Ability to plan for both short-term wins and long-term partnerships.
