Roles and responsibilities :

Handling the International patient's queries and maintaining the communication between hospital and case manager.

Taking care of partner case management and ensuring timely update.

Taking care of all E-visa processes for the Int. patients.

Distributing all international leads between teams.

Maintaining the CRM and Lead Assignment.

Providing support to case managers at all times.

Actively working on appointment booking for International camps.

Handling our international partner's queries.

To have a good rapport with the operations team and to be able to work.

online Consultation with doctor and coordinating with them for session

Review and Audit Cases of PR Team

Database Management of patients and maintaining excels.

Taking Training session on Medical and CRM to new joinees

Preferred/Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience in healthcare sector or similar profile would be a bonus.
  • Education background in Healthcare/Hospital Administration would be considered
