Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Medical Director at Pristyn Care. In this role, the Medical Director will oversee clinical practices, guide and mentor physicians, and ensure the highest standards of medical care, compliance, and safety. Key responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare teams to develop treatment protocols, staying updated with advancements in medical technology and treatment, and contributing to strategic decision-making for improving healthcare delivery. The Medical Director will also play an essential role in maintaining patient care excellence and achieving operational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Competency in medical fields such as Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, and Oncology
  • Experience and expertise in collaborating and working effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • A licensed medical professional with an MBBS degree; a specialization in a related field is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage clinical teams and ensure quality healthcare outcomes
  • Familiarity with advanced surgical techniques and healthcare technologies is an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a patient-first approach to decision-making
