**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with experienced credit counsellors to gain knowledge and practical skills in credit counselling techniques, credit analysis, and financial management.
- Support clients in understanding credit reports, identifying areas for improvement, and developing personalised strategies to enhance their credit scores.
- Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and provide tailored recommendations to clients, helping them establish healthier financial habits and achieve their credit goals.
- Collaborate with our team to create educational resources and materials on credit management, debt consolidation, and financial planning, aimed at empowering clients to take control of their financial futures.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to credit counselling, ensuring that our services are in line with the latest standards.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of credit counselling.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic understanding of credit scores, credit reports, and financial principles.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to assess credit profiles and provide strategic recommendations.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers, ensuring accurate credit analysis and reporting.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and credit analysis tools.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

Stipend
- 10k to 15K

Duration
- 3 to 6 months
