Designation: Credit Counselor

Level: Executive

Location: Building No 145, Ground Floor, Sec 44 Gurugram. Haryana

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Salary (in hand): Upto 20k in hand / month

Work Domain: B2B Collections, Bad Debt, Old Dues

Qualification: Undergraduate (Pursuing 3rd Year) or Graduate in Bachelor’s Degree.

Must be aware of Accounts related activities. Preferred BCOM.

Experience 6 months + / Fresher

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Effective management of confidential data.
- Interaction & Followup with the Business for collection of pending dues
- Ability to overcome the hurdles & delivery on the targets
- Daily Reporting on the collection
- Highlighting challenges & support required items
- Submitting monthly data with the comments & latest status on each case.

Skill Set: Fluent English (Written & Verbal) & Optional Hindi/Kannada/Other Regional Language

Work week 6 days

Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM

Extra Requirement Should have own laptop
