Social Media Expert

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create and curate engaging multimedia content across social channels, including text posts, videos, and images.
- Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews from customers and fans.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and social media best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Expert or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media best practices.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
