**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage promotions, social ad campaigns and create social media strategy
- Analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies
- Measure and thoroughly analyses the impact of social campaigns and report back to the internal team on effectiveness and proposed optimizations.
- Monitor the activities of main competitors in social media.
- Develop benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs.
- Manage budget line items for social media programs to ensure budget is being spent effectively and efficiently throughout the month.
- Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
- Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
- Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
- Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Develop & implement social media strategies for all platforms.

**Required skill set**:

- Experience of 7 yrs + in social media.
- Atleast 5 years full time experience with ecommerce and retail related social media marketing
- Experienced in handling Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin, Reels, Tik Tok, Snapchat etc.
- Must have experince in handling multiple locations / store pages in Facebook.
- Very good at understanding platform data analytics.
- Good with social media calendar planning & execution.
- Very good understanding of social media KPI's.
- Able to write very clear marketing copies to promote products & offers.
- Top Notch communication skills (English writing & speaking).
- Develop & implement social media strategies for all platforms.

Good to Have:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Communication or Social Media related courses
- UK / US Market exposure.
- Experience with influencer marketing and brand awareness programs.
- Up to date with latest trends & new platforms.
