The Marriage Fit is the Bangalore-based Psychological clinic and counseling center for Relationship guidance. We focus exclusively on relationship problems in marriage, Family and Individual also we do counseling for Mental Health, reaching hundreds of couples and individuals on a daily basis.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
- 2. Create engaging content specifically tailored to each social media platform (such as posts, images, videos, etc.) to foster audience engagement and achieve marketing objectives.
- 3. Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- 4. Conduct thorough research and analysis of target audience demographics, behavior, interests, and competitors to inform effective marketing campaigns.
- 5. Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, tools, and industry best practices to stay current and propose innovative ideas to enhance social media presence.
- 6. Monitor and analyze key metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on ad spend, to continuously optimize campaigns and maximize performance.
- 7. Collaborate with other stakeholders, including graphic designers, content writers, and marketing team members, to ensure consistent messaging, brand voice, and visual identity across all social media channels.
- 8. Engage with followers, respond to comments, inquiries, and messages, and foster positive online interactions to build strong customer relationships and brand loyalty.
- 9. Stay informed about key industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news, and proactively provide recommendations to enhance marketing strategies based on these insights.
- 10. Prepare regular reports and make data-driven recommendations on social media performance, growth opportunities, and campaign optimizations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Expert or similar role, preferably as a freelancer.
- 2. In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, their respective functionalities, and best practices.
- 3. Demonstrated experience creating and managing successful social media marketing campaigns across different platforms.
- 4. Proficiency in using social media management tools, scheduling platforms, analytics tools, and ad management platforms.
- 5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with outstanding copywriting and editing abilities.
- 7. Knowledge of SEO principles and experience integrating SEO practices into social media strategies.
- 8. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative social media marketing ideas.
- 9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- 10. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

- 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- 2. Proven experience and a successful track record in managing social media marketing campaigns for diverse industry verticals.
- 3. Relevant certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads) are a plus.
