Job Summary:
Location: Andheri

Key Responsibilities:

- **Baking and Preparation**:

- Assist in the preparation of doughs, batters, icings, and other components.
- Help bake, frost, and decorate baked goods such as bread, cakes, pastries, and cookies.
- Follow recipes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers with their purchases, providing recommendations as needed.
- Handle transactions at the cash register, including taking payments and giving change.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and supplies.
- Assist in ordering and receiving inventory, ensuring proper storage and rotation of products.
- Keep track of inventory usage and report any discrepancies to the Bakery Manager.
- **Cleanliness and Hygiene**:

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all health and safety regulations.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and surfaces regularly.
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the bakery team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and the Bakery Manager regarding any issues or needs.
- Assist with training new staff members as required.
- **Other Duties**:

- Assist with special orders and custom baking requests.
- Participate in bakery promotions and events as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Bakery Manager.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary or baking training preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is an asset.
- **Skills**:

- Basic baking and pastry skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹31,723.87 per month
