**Job Summary**:
The Commis III - Bakery assists in preparing and baking bread, pastries, and desserts as per the standard recipes and guidelines of the hotel/restaurant. Responsible for maintaining quality, hygiene, and consistency while supporting the senior chefs in daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparation and baking of bread, rolls, pastries, cakes, and other baked items.
- Follow standard recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section at all times.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients (FIFO method).
- Support in daily mise-en-place and production as instructed by supervisors.
- Handle equipment like mixers, ovens, and proofers safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards.
- Assist senior chefs during peak operations and learn new recipes/techniques.
- Report shortages or maintenance issues to the Chef de Partie.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Certification in Bakery & Confectionery or equivalent.
- Minimum 0-1 year of experience in a bakery/pastry kitchen
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passionate about bakery and willing to learn and grow.
