- **Responsibilities**:_
- Assist Bakery Commi 1 & DCDP in the preparation and production of bakery items.
- Learn and develop skills in baking techniques, including mixing, shaping, and baking.
- Support Bakery Commi 1 & DCDP in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bakery.
- Follow instructions from senior staff members and contribute to the efficient operation of the bakery.
- Assist in inventory management tasks such as stock rotation and storage.
- Perform basic kitchen duties such as washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of baked goods for display or sale.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of products and customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Seek opportunities to learn and improve baking skills through training and hands-on experience.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in baking and pastry.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying ingredients, standing for extended periods, and working in a hot environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
