- Manage section inventory and requisitions.
- Coordinate closely with other kitchen sections for smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Bakery or Culinary Arts.
- 4-6 years of experience in bakery production.
- Strong skills in artisan breads, desserts, and laminated doughs.
- Leadership and time management skills.

**Job Summary**:
Supports the CDP in running a specific bakery section, ensuring high-quality output and kitchen discipline.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and finishing of bakery products.
- Follow standard recipes and portion sizes.
- Guide and monitor Commis-level staff during shifts.
- Maintain mise-en-place and ensure timely production.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety procedures.
- Report stock levels and assist in inventory management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certification in bakery or pastry.
- 2-4 years of experience in a bakery setup.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
