**Job Summary**:
Responsible for leading a bakery section (bread, cakes, or viennoiserie) with mínimal supervision, maintaining product quality, hygiene, and timely production.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily preparation and production of bakery items.
- Maintain consistency in quality and presentation.
- Delegate tasks to DCDPs and Commis as per the production plan.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal products.
- Manage section inventory and requisitions.
- Coordinate closely with other kitchen sections for smooth operations.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Bakery or Culinary Arts.
- 4-6 years of experience in bakery production.
- Strong skills in artisan breads, desserts, and laminated doughs.
- Leadership and time management skills.
