**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for baking, including measuring, mixing, and chopping.
- Prepare dough, batters, and other bakery products under the direction of the baker or bakery supervisor.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters, following safety protocols.
- Assist with baking and decorating bread, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other bakery items according to established recipes.
- Monitor product quality during baking to ensure consistent results.
- Package baked goods for storage or sale, ensuring products are properly labeled and stored.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bakery, including countertops, work surfaces, and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management by checking and organizing ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies regarding food handling and hygiene.
- Help with the cleaning and sanitizing of bakery tools, machinery, and workstations at the end of each shift.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries of ingredients and packaging materials.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting with special requests as needed.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,118.21 per month
