Bakery - DCDP

We are looking for a skilled Bakery professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our team at Hotel Centre Point. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bakery operations and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and maintain high-quality bakery products, including bread, pastries, and desserts.
• Assist in planning and preparing special menus and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, and order replacements as needed.
• Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the bakery's offerings.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in a bakery or related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Strong knowledge of bakery equipment and techniques, including dough mixing and baking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
