**Job Title: Head Baker**

**Position Overview**:
Location: Andheri

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recipe Development**:

- Develop and refine recipes for a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Experiment with different ingredients, techniques, and flavor combinations to create innovative and delicious baked goods.
- **Production Planning**:

- Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time and that inventory levels are maintained.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
- **Quality Control**:

- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all baked goods produced in the bakery.
- Conduct regular inspections and tastings to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and supervise a team of bakers, pastry chefs, and bakery assistants, providing guidance, training, and feedback as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, creativity, and excellence in execution.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofing machines.
- Ensure that equipment is properly calibrated and functioning correctly to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
- **Food Safety and Sanitation**:

- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food products.
- Train staff on safe food handling practices and ensure adherence to hygiene protocols and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef, with at least 5 years of experience in a bakery or pastry shop.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Creative flair and passion for innovation in baking and pastry arts.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Food safety certification is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,822.69 per month
