
Presales Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare **presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses**.
- Conduct **product demonstrations** and proof-of-concept sessions.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and scope.
- Support pricing discussions by providing accurate technical inputs.
- Document technical requirements and pass them to the delivery team post-sale.
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Engage with vendor partners for product positioning and latest solution updates.
**Required Skills**:
- 2+ years in **presales, solution consulting, or IT technical sales support**.
- Knowledge of **cybersecurity solutions, SSL lifecycle management, and cloud hosting**.
- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
- Understanding of **networking basics, security protocols, and cloud technologies**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office / Google Workspace** and presentation tools.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients
- Presales experience in IT services or cybersecurity-focused companies.
- Technical certifications (Security+, AWS, Azure, GlobalSign, etc.) are an advantage.
- Exposure to enterprise client engagement and solution pitching.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with attention to detail.
