**Position: Presales Executive**
**Experience: 1+ year**
** Must from Real-estate industry only.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct **outbound calls**to new leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding real estate options.
- **Schedule and coordinate site visits** for prospective buyers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, and financing options.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven **experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in real estate or construction.**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to lead generation and customer engagement
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
