Job Title: Presales Executive - B2B Sales

Job Overview:

As a Presales Executive in a B2B (Business-to-Business) sales environment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise, product knowledge, and solutions during the presales process. You will collaborate with account managers, sales reps, and technical teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to enhance business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor during client meetings, understanding their business challenges, and recommending the right solutions.

  • Present product demos and highlight key features and benefits in a clear and compelling way.
  • Create and present customized proposals and product presentations tailored to client requirements.

  • Solution Design:

  • Work with clients to define business requirements and suggest product solutions that align with their needs.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions are designed to meet client needs, and provide any necessary customizations.

  • Sales Support:

  • Support the sales team in closing deals by providing technical expertise and product knowledge.

  • Develop and deliver competitive product and market analysis to assist in positioning products effectively.
  • Prepare technical documentation, RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and other sales materials.

  • Product Training & Demonstration:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to show how the product works and its value proposition.

  • Support the sales team with any technical queries and ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery.

  • Market Research & Reporting:

  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.

  • Regularly update sales teams on new features, updates, and product releases.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction.
