Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Presales Manager. We’re looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Manager to lead our pre-sales operations for residential projects. The ideal candidate will manage a team of Customer Relationship Executives (CREs), oversee the entire lead management process, and ensure sales targets are consistently met. The Presales Manager will be responsible for consulting with clients, managing presales activities, and driving sales


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the CRE team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Manage the complete lead qualification and nurturing process to drive conversions.
  • Conduct project presentations, client interactions, and virtual/onsite walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead quality.
  • Track team performance, monitor CRM dashboards, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Provide regular insights on customer behavior, lead conversion, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Train and upskill the team to maintain high standards of customer engagement.


Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / CRM, preferably in real estate.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and achieve pre-sales or sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client handling skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
