**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
- Ensure effective execution of promotional activities and sales initiatives in the region.

2. **Account Management**:

- Manage relationships with key accounts and modern trade partners to drive sales growth.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

3. **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to enhance the team's skills and performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

4. **Sales Operations**:

- Monitor and report on sales performance, budgets, and forecasts.

- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability in modern trade channels.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

5. **Market Expansion**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.
- Expand the distribution network and increase market share in the modern trade segment.
- Implement strategies to penetrate new markets and regions.

6. **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
