**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management**:

- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- **Counseling and Guidance**:

- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and challenges.
- Recommend suitable courses, mentorship programs, and test series based on their needs.
- **Sales and Conversion**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Effectively communicate the value of StudyCaller’s offerings and close sales.
- Address concerns and objections to ensure high conversion rates.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Provide ongoing support to enrolled students to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and student experience.
- Share feedback from students to enhance the product offerings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Education).
- Proven experience in sales, counseling, or a related role (experience in the EdTech sector is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and the ability to connect with students and parents.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
