- **Analyze student profiles to recommend suitable universities and programs aligned with their aspirations.**:

- **Stay updated on the latest admission criteria, courses, and university offerings.**:

- **Visa and Immigration Support**:

- **Collaborate with authorities to ensure students have complete documentation for a smooth visa process.**:

- **Financial Aid and Scholarships**:

- **Inform students about scholarships, grants, and financial aid options.**:

- **Advise on budgeting and financial planning for overseas education.**:

- **CRM Management**:

- **Maintain accurate student records and interactions in the CRM system.**:

- **Compliance and Ethics**:

- Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in student recruitment and counselling.
- Strong understanding of international education systems and admission processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Empathy, patience, and a student-first approach to counselling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and student management systems.
- A commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
