**Job Title: Admission Counselor**

**Location: Noida Sector 62**
**Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month**
**Experience: 4-5 years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students on course selection, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries and guide them through the admission process.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollments.
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure smooth onboarding and placements.
- Leverage existing networks to enhance student placements in reputed organizations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any relevant field.
- **4-5 years of experience** in student admissions and placements.
- Strong network with institutions and companies for student placements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for career counseling.
