**Job Title**: Admission Counselor

**Location**: Noida 63

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide prospective students and their families with accurate information about admission requirements, programs, and services.
- Conduct outreach activities such as information sessions, campus tours, and recruitment events.
- Maintain a strong understanding of academic programs, policies, and procedures to assist applicants.
- Advise students on scholarship opportunities, financial aid, and housing options.
- Build relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the institution.
- Participate in admissions events, such as college fairs and open houses, to engage with prospective students.
- Stay updated on trends in higher education and admissions best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or counseling preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and admissions software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Empathy and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
