**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Counseling**: Advise clients on course selection, academic planning, and strategies to improve academic performance.
- **Career Guidance**: Assist clients in identifying career interests, setting professional goals, and providing resources to pursue higher education or vocational training.
- **Emotional Support**: Provide a safe and supportive space for clients to discuss personal and academic challenges, offering advice, encouragement, and referrals to appropriate mental health professionals if needed.
- **Workshops and Seminars**: Organize and conduct workshops on study skills, time management, career planning, and other relevant topics.
- **Assessment and Follow-Up**: Track clients progress, identify areas of concern, and recommend interventions or additional support when necessary.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with teachers, school administrators, and other counselors to coordinate academic support and clients services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience as an education counselor, academic advisor, or in a related field.
- Strong understanding of educational systems, college admissions processes, and career counseling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with current trends and tools in education and counseling
