We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Education Counselor (Sales)** to join our team and help students make informed career choices while driving enrollments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students and parents about our CA/CMA courses, test series, and mentorship programs.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals to provide tailored guidance.
- Follow up with potential students to ensure successful conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize lead conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, education counseling, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
