**Position Overview**:
Emo Matrix Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the position of Education Counselor. As an Education Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in providing guidance and support to individuals seeking educational and career advancement opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized counseling to students and professionals to understand their academic and career aspirations.
- Offer information about educational programs, courses, and career pathways.
- Assist individuals in identifying their strengths, interests, and goals to make informed decisions about their educational and professional paths.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on various academic and career-related topics.
- Collaborate with educational institutions and industry partners to stay informed about new programs and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and follow-up activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field, MBA (Sales & Marketing)
- Proven experience in education counseling or related roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to empathize and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with educational systems, admission processes, and career development resources.

**Working Conditions**:

- Working hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
- Office-based role

**Note**:
This position requires a mandatory service agreement of 2 years.

Age criteria: 22 years to 30 years.
