As an Education Counselor at IIM SKILLS, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process for our diverse range of courses. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting outreach to potential students through various channels.
- Providing information about our courses, admission requirements, and career prospects.
- Conducting informational sessions and webinars to engage with potential students.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for student recruitment.
- Maintaining accurate records of applicant information and communications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in admissions, counseling, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the education industry and a passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals.
