We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Education Counselor to join our team. This role combines educational guidance with a focus on sales, requiring you to engage with prospective students and their families, understand their needs, and recommend tailored educational programs or services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Guidance**: Assess the academic and career goals of students and provide personalized advice on suitable programs or courses.
- **Sales and Outreach**: Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively communicating the value of our educational services.
- **CRM Management**: Accurately record and track leads, interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
- **Market Understanding**: Stay updated on the latest education trends, programs, and market demands to provide relevant advice.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, admissions, and other teams to achieve enrollment targets.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather insights from students and families to help improve programs and services.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, education counseling, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse audiences.
- Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
