**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Conducting presentations and providing detailed information about programs, admissions requirements, financial aid options, and campus life.
- Evaluating potential students through interviews to assess their academic fit and potential for success.
- Display efficiency in gathering market research and prospect info.
- Maintain and develop good relationships with prospects through personal contact via telephone & meetings etc.
- Ongoing personal development through continuous learning.
- Cold callings and generate the Admission’s from the data

**Requirements and skills-**
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
