Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor located in Noida. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing educational and career counselling to students, guiding them through the process of university admissions, particularly for MBBS programs. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with students and parents, conducting assessments, providing information on educational options, and helping students develop a plan to achieve their academic and career goals. The role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the education sector.
Qualifications
- Educational Consulting and Education skills
- Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Empathetic and patient approach to counseling
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with MBBS admission processes is a plus
- Relevant degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
