**Job Title: Education Counselor**

**Location**: Noida 62

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Reports To**: Reporting Manager

**Key Responsibility**
- **Individual Counseling**: Provide one-on-one counseling to clients on academic, career, and personal issues to help them navigate educational challenges and opportunities.
- **Academic Guidance**: Assist clients in selecting appropriate courses, creating academic plans, and ensuring they meet graduation requirements.
- **Psychosocial Support**: Provide emotional support and mental health referrals to clients facing personal issues affecting their academic performance.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Conduct assessments (e.g., aptitude, personality tests) to help clients understand their strengths, weaknesses, and potential career paths.
- **Workshops and Seminars**: Organize workshops, seminars, and information sessions on topics such as time management, study skills, career development, and stress management.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of clients interactions, assessments, and progress reports, while ensuring confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in educational counseling, academic advising, or student services.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and patience to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to assess students’ needs and provide tailored guidance.
- Knowledge of educational systems, career paths, and available resources.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Desired Attributes**:

- A passion for helping clients succeed academically and personally.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
