
Customer Support Executive

Customer Support professionals are responsible for addressing customer needs and ensuring they have good experience. As a skill set, customer service entails several qualities like active listening, empathy, problem-solving and communication.
**Required Skills**:
- 1+ years of experience working directly with end customers in a fast-moving and dynamic organization
- Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time
- Takes the initiative to follow-up, escalate, to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Ability to follow instructions with 100% accuracy
- English Writing Skills (Grammar and Spelling)
- Fluency in English
- Good communication skills
- Good Excel / Word Knowledge
- Good Outlook Knowledge
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
