Job Description: Candidate Preferred (MALE)

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and handle customer interactions across our eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, managing email communication, and ensuring a smooth and positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, chat, and emails.
  • Provide accurate information regarding orders, products, shipping, and returns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Manage daily communication on eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous support.
  • Assist in processing online orders and tracking deliveries when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role (eCommerce experience preferred).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge and email handling skills.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc. is an added advantage.
  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: As per Interview to 20000/month)
