International Customer Support

**Time Rotational Shift**
**Location Ahmedabad**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide real-time support for international customers through chat platforms.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
- Educate customers about our products and services.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues.
- Monitor chat support performance metrics and strive to meet benchmarks.
- Assist in creating and maintaining knowledge base articles for common issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates.
- Work on improving customer satisfaction and retention scores.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
- Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer issues.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and suggest enhancements.
- Adapt communication style to accommodate diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in all customer interactions.
**Required Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support role.
- Proven experience in chat support or similar communication channels.
- Strong written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and chat support tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chats efficiently.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts to accommodate international time zones.
- Technical aptitude; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience with documenting and reporting customer inquiries.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to international customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve.
- Ability to remain calm and collected under pressure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
