**Introduction**:
As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business, driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and fostering strong client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet our clients' needs. This role offers a dynamic environment where your sales expertise and business acumen will be instrumental in driving our commercial success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and customer interactions using CRM software.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on commercial or enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly organized, with exceptional time management and prioritization abilities.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
