**About the Role**:
We are seeking a driven and persuasive **Inside Sales Executive** to join our commercial real estate team. You will be responsible for connecting with potential business clients, understanding their commercial space needs, and guiding them through available property options over calls and virtual meetings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them
- Explain commercial property features, benefits, and location advantages
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with field sales and property managers
- Maintain CRM with accurate client and property information
- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure conversion
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales and lead targets
- Build relationships with corporates, start-ups, and investors
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and lead nurturing

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate/Business background preferred)
- 1-4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or real estate
- Excellent communication and convincing skills (English, Hindi/local language)
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of commercial real estate trends is a plus
- Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
