Our inside sales team is a crucial part of our sales operations, working closely with customers to provide information, answer questions, and facilitate sales.

**Responsibilities**
- **Sales Support**: Assist in driving sales by following up on leads, processing orders, and providing support to the sales team as needed.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by actively participating in sales campaigns and promotions.
- **Data Management**: Accurately record customer interactions and sales data in the company's CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to contribute to sales strategy development.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and processes.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools and technology.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- **Customer Focus**: A customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address customer inquiries and challenges.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
