P**rofile Introduction**

**Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Booking**: Promote and sell travel packages, accommodations, flights, tours, and other travel services.
- **Client Consultation**: Provide expert advice on travel destinations, trends, and packages tailored to clients' interests and budgets.
- **Customer Service**: Respond to client inquiries, address their concerns, and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Travel Planning**: Create detailed itineraries for clients and assist with booking all travel components, including transportation and accommodations.
- **Upselling**: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance the client's travel experience.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales, bookings, and client interactions using CRM software.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about travel industry trends, destinations, and new products to better advise clients.
- **Performance Targets**: Achieve sales targets and other performance metrics set by the company.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively with clients.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency with CRM software, booking systems, and standard office software.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport with clients and work well in a team.
- **Problem-Solving**: Capable of resolving issues and handling challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- **Passion for Travel**: Genuine interest in travel and exploring new destinations.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
