**Profile introduction**:
As an Inside Sales Representative at you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to meet company targets. You will play a crucial role in promoting our travel packages and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about travel, have strong communication skills, and are results-driven.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand clients' travel needs and offer suitable packages and services.
- Provide detailed information about travel packages, destinations, pricing, and special offers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and new product offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for travel and willingness to learn about various travel destinations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
