Inside Sales Executive

**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Engagement**: Conduct facility tours, explain membership options, and address client inquiries to convert leads into memberships.
- **Lead Management**: Maintain and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
- **Customer Retention**: Follow up with existing members for renewals, upgrades, and referrals to maintain a strong client base.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- **Promotional Activities**: Assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and special offers to attract new members.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our services.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English/Hindi/Marathi].
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and handle objections effectively.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
