**Profile introduction**:
As an Inside Sales Representative specializing in home appliances, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with our customers. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, providing expert product knowledge, and closing sales through effective communication and persuasion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our range of home appliances and addressing their inquiries.
- Collaborate with potential clients to identify their specific needs and recommend suitable products based on features, benefits, and price points.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, keeping accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to provide customers with up-to-date information.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of home appliances and their features.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
