Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years with Sales Field
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the construction industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential clients and generate leads through research and outreach.
- Qualify leads to assess their suitability for our construction products/services.
- **Sales Execution**:

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
- Effectively communicate pricing, terms, and negotiate to close sales deals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the external sales team to coordinate strategies and maximize sales efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align efforts and leverage promotional materials.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and contribute to team discussions.

**Requirements**:

- **Industry Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with construction materials, products, and industry trends.
- Understanding of the sales process in the construction sector.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Team Player**:

- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable using digital communication tools for virtual meetings and presentations.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- A goal-oriented and motivated approach to sales activities.
- **Languages**: English, Hindi And Marathi.
