**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Identify potential clients through research, databases, and networking to generate new sales opportunities.
- Make cold calls and follow-up calls to qualify leads and set appointments for consultations or product demonstrations.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of leads and prospects to ensure consistent sales activity.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide timely, accurate information about products or services.
- Qualify customer needs and align product offerings to meet their requirements.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and move prospects further along the sales pipeline.
- **Sales Presentations & Product Demos**:
- Conduct virtual or phone-based product presentations, explaining the benefits and features to potential clients.
- Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs and offer upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Overcome objections and close sales through persuasive communication and excellent product knowledge.
- **Sales Order Management**:
- Process sales orders, ensure accurate details, and track order progress through the system.
- Work with the logistics or procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on pending orders and manage any post-sale inquiries.
- **Relationship Building & Account Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting issues, provide support, and offer solutions to enhance their experience with the product or service.
- Identify opportunities for additional sales within existing accounts and ensure clients are aware of new products or services.
- **Sales Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress, and communication history in the CRM system.
- Regularly report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for growth.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**:
- Work closely with the field sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding customer pain points, trends, and product preferences.
- Participate in sales meetings and share insights, strategies, and progress with the team.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Use market knowledge to adjust sales strategies and improve targeting.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- **Experience**:
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or telesales; experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus.
- Experience in a specific industry or product knowledge may be preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and sales tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
