Profile introduction:

- Join our dynamic sales team as an Inside Sales Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and excelling in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to execute sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Manage incoming inquiries and leads, qualifying and distributing them effectively.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including CRM management and data entry.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer requests.
- Assist in organizing sales presentations, events, and product demonstrations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries promptly and professionally.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance sales processes and customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and requirements.
- Previous experience in a B2B sales environment is a plus.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi, Marathi

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
