**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source, list, market, and sell commercial real estate properties (retail, office, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and marketing materials
- Negotiate terms of sales and leases with clients and stakeholders
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of activities and transactions in CRM systems

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
